Thank you for shopping with Maple Movement. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our website.
Order processing times
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Orders are not usually processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order, or charged at a flat rate, depending on the order and the shipping option offered at checkout.
Any free shipping offers or shipping promotions will be shown on our website or at checkout where applicable.
Shipping locations
We ship to locations made available at checkout.
If your delivery address is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, peak periods, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Authority to leave
If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended at your delivery address, or if the shipping service you select includes authority to leave, Maple Movement is not responsible for loss or theft after the parcel has been delivered to the address provided.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible via our online contact form or online chat. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
Where possible, we will do our best to help you track delayed parcels and assist with reasonable follow-up.
Lost, stolen or missing parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact us via our online contact form or online chat.
If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered, please first check:
- around your delivery location
- with other household members
- with neighbours
- with your local carrier or parcel collection point
If needed, we will help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
Damaged parcels or damaged products in transit
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any products arrive leaking, swollen, bulging, damaged, or appear fermented, please do not consume them and contact us promptly via our online contact form or online chat.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos or videos of the affected parcel, products and packaging
- the batch or lot code, if visible
- how many units are affected

Pre-orders and split shipments
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order may be held and shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
We may, at our discretion, split shipments where appropriate.
International orders, customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees and other charges may apply depending on your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside our control.
Title and risk
Title to products passes to you upon full payment for the order. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided in your order.
