GUT-FRIENDLY ENERGY GELS, MADE FROM REAL FOOD
The natural alternative to regular energy gels. 27g of carbs per gel, made from organic maple.
WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN AN ENERGY GEL?
Built for cheap mass manufacturing.

Still 27g of carbs per gel. Read the ingredients: there's almost nothing to read.

We spent years racing on energy gels that made us sick. So we made one with real food instead: maple. Each gel still delivers 27g of carbs in a natural 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, with no maltodextrin, no preservatives, and nothing artificial.

"WE WERE TIRED OF SPORTS NUTRITION FILLED WITH ADDITIVES. SO WE MADE OUR OWN."
Dan raced triathlon professionally on gels that made him sick, until he switched to maple. He and Ella built Maple Movement on what he learned.
Read our storyHOW TO FUEL WITH THEM
Take one gel before or during exercise. For longer sessions, one to three gels per hour depending on intensity. The maths: at hard effort your body burns 60 to 90g of carbs an hour, and a gel is 27g. Works the same whether you run, ride, or train HYROX.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
How is this different from the maple at the supermarket?
We source high quality organic maple and pack it in sachets dosed at 27g of carbs, made to carry, tear and swallow mid-session. The salt flavours add sodium from Murray River salt, Sap Coffee adds 30mg of caffeine. It's fuel you can actually race with.
What about the sugar?
During exercise, carbs are the point: your working muscles burn them for energy, and if you run low you slow down. Maple's carbs come as a natural 1:1 mix of glucose and fructose.
Do they have sodium?
Three flavours do. Sap Lemon + Salt, Sap Coffee and Sap Salted Caramel each carry 100mg of sodium from Murray River salt. Sap Maple has no added salt.
Are they thick or sticky?
No. They're runny, not gluey, and go down without a chase.
Can I buy them in a store?
Yes, we're stocked by retailers across Australia and NZ. Check the store locator for one near you.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $130 in Australia. The Sample Pack ships free on its own.
