Taste, texture and energy return all 5/5 outstanding, the downfall here has been the packaging. When I opened my box it was sticky with gels everywhere but I couldn’t find a leak from the gels in the box, I cleaned them up and put some in my bag but it turns out it was definitely one of my gels. I noticed that majority of them weren’t sealed 100%. The customer service team saw my post on Instagram and reached out to offer a replacement which I declined because these things happen and I could still use the product I paid for, no need to put a smaller brand out by accepting a replacement box. If the packaging issues could be improved this product would be perfect. Well done on the customer service side, keep it up guys!!
